In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ahh4d Platform is strictly conditional on meeting the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ahh4d enforces this requirement rigorously through KYC identity verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. ahh4d is an internationally licensed offshore platform. Indonesian residents accessing the Platform do so at their own discretion and accept sole responsibility for compliance with their applicable local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under guardianship or otherwise legally incapacitated may not register.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of the Operator, any game studio supplying games to the Platform, or any payment-processing partner. Such persons are prohibited from wagering on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on ahh4d or any other gambling platform that shares exclusion lists with the Operator.

To use the ahh4d Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the ahh4d Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or household Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing platform restrictions is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be closed immediately. Balances in duplicate Accounts will be transferred to the primary Account after any Bonus Funds are voided, or forfeited entirely if the primary Account was itself opened in bad faith.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or other government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must keep this information current. Any material inaccuracy that is discovered — particularly regarding name, date of birth, or payment details — may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ahh4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ahh4d support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Closure by Operator

ahh4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusive betting. Where closure results from a Player's breach, the Operator may withhold some or all funds pending investigation.

ahh4d is required under its international licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process is also a core component of our responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

4.1 Documents Required

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph of both sides of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Non-Indonesian residents may submit an equivalent government-issued passport or national ID.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement (from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognised Indonesian bank), or official correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days, displaying your full name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your primary ID document next to your face in natural or adequate artificial lighting.
• Payment method verification: Where required, a screenshot or photograph of the registered payment method (e.g., e-wallet profile showing your name and registered mobile number) to confirm ownership.

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC review is completed within 1–24 hours of document submission. Priority processing applies during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Players will receive an email notification once their verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play on the Platform. However, no withdrawal request will be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. ahh4d recommends completing verification immediately after registration to avoid any delay when winnings are due.

All deposits to ahh4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon). Rp 10.000 via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Processing time: Bank transfers are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. Processing may be delayed during Indonesian national holidays or periods of high banking-system load.
• Source of funds: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the Player will be returned and the Account reviewed.
• No fees: ahh4d does not charge fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard inter-bank transfer fees; these are outside the Operator's control.
• No credit or cryptocurrency: ahh4d does not accept deposits via credit card or any cryptocurrency. Only the local payment methods listed on the Platform are accepted.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC prerequisite: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers; Rp 20.000 for e-wallet withdrawals.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is an AML requirement and is not discretionary.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform's payment page. Typical BCA/BRI/BNI bank transfer withdrawals complete within 1–6 hours of approval during WIB business hours. Times may extend during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays.
• Wagering requirement: Funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement (Bonus Funds that have not yet been fully wagered through) are not withdrawable until the requirement is met.
• Right to verify: ahh4d reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the Player's historical activity or where the source of funds cannot be confirmed.

ahh4d offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. The bonus is credited automatically following the first qualifying deposit. A Player may claim the welcome bonus only once, on one Account. The welcome bonus carries a 30x Wagering Requirement applied to the bonus amount. The bonus is valid for 30 days after crediting. Unused Bonus Funds at the expiry of the validity period will be voided without notice.

7.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the individual offer's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bets on games with an RTP above 96.5% may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred.
• ahh4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active bonus already credited to an Account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time it was credited.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns (e.g., arbitrage, low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic matched-betting sequences) will have their Bonus Funds voided. The Operator may also close the Account where such conduct is persistent or deliberate.
• Players who opt out of all marketing communications may still claim bonuses by contacting support, subject to the relevant offer remaining active.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on ahh4d. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel (traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slots), sabung ayam (live cockfighting markets)) are published on the relevant product pages and form part of these Terms.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a visual confirmation screen and a reference number. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet is void and any deducted stake will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed on each market. The Operator reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Player's Account without prior notice.
• Odds changes: In-play odds fluctuate continuously. The odds at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply. Any change in odds after confirmation does not affect accepted bets.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by the Operator in the event of a clear pricing error, data feed failure, event cancellation, or other exceptional circumstances. Staked amounts for voided bets are returned in full to the Player's Account Balance.
• Results: Sportsbook results are determined based on the official outcome as published by the relevant league or sports body. For BRI Liga 1 matches, results are taken from the official BRI Liga 1 data feed. For international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), results are sourced from internationally recognised data providers.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game play, the Operator will attempt to restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, the Operator will void the affected round and return all staked amounts. The Operator is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of opportunity, or ancillary costs arising from technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh4d Platform. Violations may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform under any name, email address, or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in collusive betting — coordinating with one or more other players to exploit bonuses or gain unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any Player who discovers such an issue must report it to support immediately; any winnings derived from an unintentional error are not considered legitimate wins and will be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or for any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ahh4d staff or other players through any communication channel.

ahh4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost, accessible through Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on incoming deposits, in IDR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Caps on the net amount a Player may lose over a defined period, after which betting activity is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session time limits: A maximum play session duration, after which the Player is automatically logged out.
• Reality check reminders: On-screen notifications at intervals of 15, 30, or 60 minutes, displaying time elapsed and net balance change for the session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Players seeking permanent self-exclusion should contact support directly.
• Self-assessment quiz: A private, non-binding questionnaire available in the Account dashboard to help Players evaluate their gambling habits.

All content on the ahh4d Platform — including but not limited to the ahh4d brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, data feeds, game content, and software — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe). Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform's intellectual property without the Operator's prior written consent. Game content is licensed to the Operator by the respective studios and is subject to the studios' own licensing terms, which are separate from these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability without prior notice.
• The Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Operator's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
• The Operator is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, banking system downtime, Indonesian national holidays affecting interbank settlement, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Operator's own gross negligence.

ahh4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal data submitted during registration, KYC, deposits, and withdrawals is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with the Operator's licensing obligations.
• ahh4d does not sell or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• Data is retained for a minimum period required by the Operator's licensing conditions (typically seven years) and then securely destroyed.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to the retention requirements imposed by the Operator's licence. Requests should be directed to the support contact listed in Clause 16.

ahh4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gambling licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ahh4d Platform:

• Step 1 — Internal resolution: You must first contact ahh4d support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The Operator will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days (WIB).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days of the initial complaint, you may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated by the Operator's licensing authority. Details of the designated resolution body are available from the Operator on request.
• Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal proceedings that are not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for disputes relating to these Terms.
